At the moment it's in my garage with the seats out and some other bits hanging off as I've got a few jobs to do before renewing the MOT for summer and the going for a build later early next year.

Waiting to go on in the next month or two is:

M7 strut tower brace

OMP lower brace

MINI one 16 front ARB

Hotchkiss 25mm rear ARB

R56 rear brakes

R56 rear JCW brake carriers

R56 rear Nitrac 280mm discs

R56 rear DS2500 pads

Rear braided lines

Carbotech XP8s for the front AP BBK

Front braided lines

RBF600 fluid

OMP wheel & boss

16x7 Speedline turini's & 595RSRs to go on them.

Then the standard service items of 1360 belt, plugs, cabin filter, oil filter and oil. I've also got a fuel filter waiting to go in.

It needs a new boot handle which is on the way also.

Need to also replace the reverse light switch on the box and find out where the wiring for my clutch position sensor has gone. Oh and fit new drive shafts.

So not much to do over the coming month or two before putting a cat back in it at 1320 at the beginning of July.

I've only used them as they came setup and had an alignment. They're very very good. I do want to have a play with the settings though as I'm sure there's more to be had from them. When it's back on the road in a month or two you're welcome to have a spin :)

Thanks bud! I have found a 28-210nm with warranty for less than that. Although that one looks awesome... Split now!

I don't have a clue what the range is on the car so wanted to make sure I covered it.

Where would I be able to find the torque settings for X bolt here and Y thing there on a R53?

Found the lists of torque settings :D

If you are fitting R56 rear arms be sure to check the R56 settings for the bolts there as I think a few are different from memory.

I can really recommened the Teng wrench I linked as its a good physical size for getting into most places without being cumbersome. However anything over 90Nm with it I use my bigger wrench.

Just as a rough list of settings for my next geo setup, would I be ok with the following settings for fast road?

Front

Camber: 1.75deg

Toe: 0.5 each side out

Rear

Camber: 1.5deg

Toe: 0.5 each side in

How would these fair on the motorway miles between events? Don't want to eat the tyres ideally.

That much toe will shred your tyres.

I prefer the front toed in rather than out - I had about 0.15deg TOTAL toe inward.

Toe in a total of 0.3deg (0.15 each side) at the back.

Yeah 1.5 camber at the back, 1.75 to 2 at the front is plenty and shouldn't kill your tyres - just keep an eye on your tyre pressures as that'll soon fuck a tyre over.
